Honestly, I doubt it. The first season covered almost the entire manga, so there's not much left for a season 2.

Hey fellow Horimiya fan! As of now, there hasn't been any official confirmation for a season 2. The first season wrapped up the main story pretty well, but with its popularity, who knows? Maybe they'll surprise us!
