From my experience, Ice is more versatile. It offers crowd control and decent damage, perfect for both PvP and PvE.
Ice is better for PvP with its stunning abilities, but Light dominates in PvE with speed and AoE damage. Depends on what you prefer!
Ultimately, it's all about your playstyle. Ice is great for control; Light is awesome for damage and speed. Both are epic in their own right!
