Speaking from experience, Kaguya hasn't made any dramatic returns in Boruto. She's still out of the picture.

Yes, Kaguya's still dead in Boruto. She was taken down by Naruto and Sasuke in Naruto Shippuden, and she hasn't made a comeback yet.
