Definitely not! Luocha is misunderstood more than anything. Been playing since launch, and trust me, the game's storyline makes it clear that 'good' and 'evil' are pretty subjective depending on which side of the astral tracks you're standing on.

Nope, Luocha isn't evil in Honkai Star Rail. Without dropping too many spoilers, let's just say Luocha's character is more complex than just being labeled 'evil.' Like many characters in the Honkai series, there's a depth and backstory that adds layers to their motivations. Honkai Star Rail does a fab job at painting characters in shades of gray rather than just black and white!
Evil? Pfft, more like complicated. Honkai Star Rail loves to play with character ambiguity, and Luocha is a perfect example.
