March to October mode in MLB The Show focuses on a single season. Once you complete it, you can transition to Franchise mode for multi-season play.

Nope, it's just one season! After that, you can continue in Franchise mode if you want more.

From my experience, March to October is single-season. If you crave more, Franchise mode's your friend!
