Nope, Minecraft Java Edition isn't on Xbox Game Pass. Only the Bedrock Edition is available through it.

I play Minecraft all the time on Xbox Game Pass, but it's the Bedrock Edition, not the Java Edition. Same blocky fun, just a different version!
