If your Xbox 360 boots directly into a custom dashboard like Freestyle Dashboard or XEXMenu, you probably have an RGH. If it's running a specific homebrew that was only available before 2009, it might be JTAG.
JTAG or RGH? JTAG consoles are super rare and can only be modded if manufactured before mid-2009. If your Xbox 360 was modded more recently, it's almost definitely RGH.
Honestly, if it took a while to mod, it's RGH. JTAG setups are quicker and more straightforward.
