Just double-checked and, sadly, PS4 players can't join the party with Xbox and PC players. Maybe in a future update? Fingers crossed!

Nope, it's not fully cross-platform. Only Xbox One and PC players can play together.

Yes, Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker supports cross-platform play between Xbox One and PC players. PS4 players are unfortunately not included in the mix. So, if you're on Xbox or PC, you can team up with your friends!
