Actually, Niko does show up in GTA V, but only through a very small cameo – his photo is seen on a pest control van during a heist setup mission. It's a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, but it counts!
Nah, Niko Bellic isn't really in GTA V. You get some mentions and easter eggs about him, but that’s pretty much it. Don't expect to see him walking around Los Santos.
Sorry folks, but if you're playing GTA V hoping to buddy up with Niko Bellic for some action, you're outta luck. The guy's basically a ghost except for a few nods to GTA IV players.
