Technically, no. One Punch Man started on the webcomic site by ONE and then got picked up by Shonen Jump's digital counterpart, 'Shonen Jump Plus'.

Nope, not originally. It got popular as a webcomic and then moved to 'Shonen Jump Plus', not the main 'Shonen Jump' magazine.
