Yep, Plants vs Zombies 2 does require an internet connection for a lot of its features! It's mainly because the game downloads new content, updates, and sometimes you gotta be online for certain events or features to work. But, you can still play a big chunk of it offline too. So, it's like a mix.

It started as an online game, but you can play most of it offline once it's downloaded. Just need internet for updates and certain features.

Nah, you don't ALWAYS need the internet. I've played PvZ2 on flights with no wifi. You can do quite a bit offline, but for the full experience, you wanna be connected.

Nope, only online for updates and extras.

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
