Nope, PUBG is not part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program. You'll need a separate purchase for Xbox and PC.

Unfortunately, PUBG isn't in the Xbox Play Anywhere program. You'll have to buy it separately for Xbox and PC if you want to play on both.
