I play on both platforms and can confirm, PC and Xbox players can't team up in Rainbow Six Siege. It’s console life vs. PC Master Race!

Nope, unfortunately, Rainbow Six Siege doesn't support crossplay between PC and Xbox. Console players are stuck with their own kind!
