Ice fruit for the win! It has versatility, control, and strong attacks. Rubber can be a bit gimmicky unless you're really good with it.
From my experience, Rubber fruit's immunity to bullets saved me countless times, but Ice fruit dominates with its freeze abilities and is more versatile in general.
Rubber fruit is better if you wanna have fun bouncing around, otherwise ice fruit is more practical and powerful for most situations.
