SHEIN, Romwe, and Zaful are not the same but they do share the same parent company. They each have their own brand identity and style focus, even if the prices and target audience are quite similar.

I've shopped from all three and they each have a slightly different vibe. SHEIN has more variety, Romwe is a bit more casual, and Zaful focuses on swimwear and athleisure.
