Sadly, Skate 3 isn't part of Xbox Game Pass at the moment. But keep an eye on the library鈥攇ames get added all the time.
Yep, I checked last week, and Skate 3 is definitely not on Xbox Game Pass. Took me a bit to find it on the EA Play service instead.
