It’s kinda complicated. You can't play the Xbox 360 disc on Xbox Series X/S, but you can buy the upgraded version.

Nope, Skyrim for the Xbox 360 is not backwards compatible with the Xbox Series X/S. You'll need the upgraded versions for those consoles.
