Is Spyro Still Unlockable in Crash Team Racing?

I remember when they ran the Spyro Grand Prix event in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. For a brief period, players could unlock Spyro as a racer. However, it's been a while since that event ended, and he's no longer available to unlock, at least in the usual way.

Nope, unfortunately, Spyro isn't unlockable in Crash Team Racing anymore. He was part of a limited-time event a while back. But hey, at least you can still play as him in his own awesome adventures!
