From my experience, Tamayo's abilities are very useful for team play. Great healer and her debuffs can turn the tide in battles.
I'd say Tamayo is decent, but it really depends on your playstyle. She's better for support roles than pure damage.
Tamayo is definitely one of the best characters in Project Slayers! Her healing abilities are super clutch in tough fights.
