No major timeskip like in some other animes. Just small breaks between arcs.

Yes, there's a minor timeskip after the Heavens Arena arc. Gon and Killua take a break before entering the Yorknew City arc.

Yeah, after the Chimera Ant arc, there's a small timeskip when Gon recovers in the hospital.
