Sadly, no cross progression in Palworld as of my last playthrough. Each platform is its own adventure, so double the fun... or grind, depending on how you look at it.

Nope, Palworld doesn't support cross progression. You gotta build your world and train those Pals from scratch on each platform - Steam to Xbox, no shortcuts!
