Watch the anime, no question! The voice acting, music, and animation add so much depth to the story. Yeah, there's some filler, but it's not that bad. Plus, some of the fight scenes are absolute masterpieces in animation. Reading manga can't give you that.

Manga always >>> anime. You get to the good parts quicker.

Honestly, why not both? Start with the manga to appreciate the story's original pacing and art, then switch to the anime for those epic fight scenes and soundtracks. Best of both worlds!

Def go for the manga first! Reading One Piece is a whole different vibe because you get to experience Oda's art in its purest form. Plus, the pacing is much better, and you avoid filler episodes that the anime sometimes includes. Then, watch the anime for the epic fight scenes and to hear the characters come to life.

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
