Old Pokemon cards typically refer to those released in the first few sets of the game, like the original Base Set from 1999. These include iconic cards like the first edition Charizard. Basically, anything from the first three years of Pokemon TCG can be considered 'old' by most collectors' standards.

I'd say 'old' Pokemon cards are from the sets released in the first few years of the game - so up to around the early 2000s. Those are the ones that really get collectors excited.

Old cards? If it looks like it survived a battle with a Charizard and it's from the 90s, it's probably old.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
