Honestly, the best trades I've found are when you can get a Logia fruit like Light or Magma in exchange for a couple of weaker fruits. Those are always in demand!
From my experience, trading a Dark Fruit for a Dragon Fruit was the best trade I ever made. Totally worth it for the power boost!
Just trade for what you like, there's no universal 'good trade'. Personal preference and playstyle matter more!
