You can find a detailed control scheme in the options menu of Mortal Kombat 11. Each platform has slightly different mappings.

For the default controls: On PS4, use Square for front punch, Triangle for back punch, X for front kick, and Circle for back kick. D-pad or left stick for movement. R2 is block, and L2 is for stance switch!
