Forget the minimum specs, you want an i5/i7, 8GB RAM, and a GTX 660 or better for that sweet, sweet eye candy.
My old laptop with a Core i3 and 4GB RAM ran it just fine, but upgrading to 8GB RAM made a noticeable difference!
Minimum specs are a joke. You need at least 8GB RAM and a decent GPU if you want a playable experience.
