What attracts deathclaws in Fallout Shelter?
Deathclaws in Fallout Shelter are primarily attracted by the sound of progress! Just kidding, but not really. They start showing up once you've hit the sweet spot of having 60 dwellers in your vault. Also, opening your vault door too often, like for letting in new dwellers or returning explorers, seems to ring the dinner bell for them. Keep your dwellers armed and your vault door upgraded!

Got 60+ dwellers? Expect Deathclaw visits. They love a crowd.
RADIO STATIONS. Turn 'em on and Deathclaws come a'knocking. Having a broadcast tower actively searching for survivors outside makes your vault more 'appealing'. So, if you're not ready for a Deathclaw meet and greet, maybe keep the radio tunes for internal use only.
Honestly, just having a big, bustling vault seems to be enough. Get past 60 dwellers and it's like you're hosting a Deathclaw party. Keep those dwellers prepared!
