IMO, skip any episode that's a flashback to Naruto's childhood. Mostly repetitive and not crucial to the Shippuden plot.
As someone who's rewatched the series multiple times, I recommend skipping the 'Infinite Tsukuyomi' filler (episodes 427-450). It鈥檚 pretty much a collection of dreams.
You don't need to watch the 'Power' Arc (episodes 290-295). It's filler and doesn't affect the main storyline.
Skip the filler episodes! Trust me, you can miss those and still enjoy the main story. Check out online filler guides for a detailed list.
