Bleeding's usually from enemy gadgets or certain bullets. Stay on your toes and keep those medkits handy!
A lot of enemy weapons and explosives can cause bleeding. Shrapnel Trap is the main culprit.
The Shrapnel Trap is the worst offender. It causes bleeding almost every time you trigger it.
