What do I need to watch before One Piece Red?
Honestly, you could just jump straight into 'One Piece Red' without watching anything else if you want to. However, to fully appreciate the movie, I'd recommend catching up on the 'Wano Country' arc in the anime or at least having a general idea of who the Straw Hat Pirates are and the dynamics between them. It'll make the experience richer!

Just watch from Episode 1, LOL. Joking aside, you don鈥檛 *need* to watch anything, but familiarizing yourself with the main crew through the first few arcs would be helpful!
None. One Piece movies are pretty standalone. They鈥檙e like a fun bonus to the main story so you won鈥檛 be lost if you haven鈥檛 seen every episode.
Actually, I watched 'One Piece Red' with just a basic understanding of the characters and still loved it. So, don't stress too much about catching up on hundreds of episodes.
You really should watch the Whole Cake Island arc. It's not directly related, but it gives a lot of context to the character dynamics you'll see in Red.
