Job points (JP) in GTA 5 are sort of like bragging rights among your friends. They show up at the end of missions, and the player with the most JP at the end of a playlist wins the playlist and gets to show off a bit. However, outside of that, they don't have much of a practical use. Think of them as a score that resets after you log off.

They're basically useless lol. JP stands for Job Points in GTA 5, but they don't really buy you anything or unlock stuff. Just a tally for session wins, that's all.

Job Points in GTA 5 are a way to determine who wins in competitive playlists. It's a scoring system but doesn't affect gameplay much outside of that. Not something to stress over, but can be fun if you're in a competitive group.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
