Skills in Fallout Shelter are super important! They determine how effective your Dwellers are at their jobs. For example, if a Dweller has a high Strength stat, they're gonna rock it in the Power Generator rooms. Intelligence? Put them in the Medbay. Basically, each skill - Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck - matches up to different tasks around your vault. Make sure to assign your Dwellers based on their strongest skills for maximum efficiency!
Skills are basically your Dwellers' job qualifications. High Strength? Construction work's calling. Born with a silver tongue (aka Charisma)? Time to mediate some vault disputes. It's all about putting the right person in the right room.
