'Alter' in GTA generally refers to changing or modifying something in the game, like altering vehicles at mod shops or changing your character's appearance with new clothes or hairstyles. Basically, it's all about customization!

'Alter' isn't a specific term officially used in GTA's gameplay or mechanics. It's more about the general idea of changing stuff around – you can alter cars, your wardrobe, or even the outcome of missions based on the choices you make.

It means you're tweaking things. Like pimping your ride or giving your avatar a fresh haircut. Anything that changes from the original is altering.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
