What does 'Burn' do in the Pokemon Card Game?
Burn in the Pokemon TCG means a Pokemon takes damage in between turns. At the end of each player's turn, if a Pokemon is burned, you flip a coin. If heads, the Pokemon heals from being burned. If tails, it takes two damage counters. Remember, to keep track of the burn, you usually put a burn marker on the Pokemon. It adds an extra layer of strategy, making you think about whether to heal your Pokemon or risk it for another round!

Burns? Just means your Pokemon's gonna have a spicy time taking extra damage unless luck's on your side with a coin flip!
Not a fan of the burn status, tbh. Feels like it complicates battles more than necessary, but that's just me.
