Flocked Funko Pops are those that got a special treatment to give them a soft, fuzzy texture. It makes them extra cool and collectible, 'cause not all Pops get to be fuzzy!

It's just a fancy word for 'fuzzy.' Honestly, it makes them a bit more unique, but not always worth the extra cash IMO.
