A 'Pre-Release' stamp on a Pokemon card means it was given out during a special event before the official release of a card set. These events let players get a sneak peek at the new cards and even play with them in tournaments. Plus, these stamped cards often become collectible because they're a bit rarer than the regular versions.

'Pre-Release' on a Pokemon card pretty much means it's a special edition card released at pre-release tournaments. These cards can be more valuable to collectors for their uniqueness and rarity. Basically, it's like getting a sneak peek at a movie before the official release but in card form.

It's just a stamp for collectors to chase. Cool but doesn't change the game.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
