Just a quick heads up, Safeguard doesn't protect against damage and effects from your opponent's non-EX/GX Pokemon. It's a good ability but don't rely on it too much if you're facing a deck without EX/GX cards.

Safeguard in Pokemon TCG means that the Pokemon with this ability is protected from all effects of attacks, including damage, done by your opponent's Pokemon-EX or Pokemon-GX. It's like having an invisible shield that blocks anything thrown at it by those specific types of Pokemon, but remember, it only works against Pokemon-EX and Pokemon-GX, not against other types!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
