The bear in Stardew Valley isn't just there for decoration. Once you complete the 'Bear's Knowledge' quest by finding the secret note and giving the bear a Maple Syrup, it permanently increases the selling price of Blackberries and Salmonberries by 3 times. It's like the bear teaches you the secret to Berry Economics 101!

Actually, I found the whole bear encounter to be more of an easter egg than anything super impactful. Yeah, you get a berries price boost, but honestly, by the time you unlock it, berries aren't your main income source anyway. Cool? Yes. Game-changing? Not really.

The bear in Stardew Valley gives you a special blessing after you befriend it with Maple Syrup, making your berries sell for more. It's a neat little perk that can give your early game finances a nice boost, especially during berry seasons. Plus, it's just really cool to say you've got a bear friend.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
