Honestly, anything in the 'Paradise Life on a Boat' arc (222-242) is skippable. It's mostly filler and doesn't impact the main plot.

Skip the entire Naruto Shippuden filler saga unless you're really into side quests. Trust me, just look up the filler list and avoid them.
