If you're looking for the point where the story starts to diverge from the manga, stop at episode 17. The rest is anime-original content!

Stop at episode 17 if you want to avoid the non-canon storyline that starts after that. Episode 16 ends on a cliffhanger, but 17 wraps it up.

Episode 17 is where things go off the manga rails. You鈥檒l thank me later.

First-hand experience here: I stopped at episode 17, and it was a solid decision. The show goes into filler territory after that.

If you're a Blue Exorcist fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
