For Pokemon cards, PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) is usually the go-to for many collectors. They've got a long-standing rep for reliability and boosting a card's value post-grading. Plus, that little PSA slab looks pretty sweet in any collection.

Honestly, it's all about Beckett (BGS) if you want the nitty-gritty detail on your card's condition. They grade on a sub-scale (corners, edges, surface, and centering), which can really highlight the quality of your stellar find. If you've got a card in mint condition, Beckett might give it the extra edge in value.

I'm gonna say PSA is overrated. CGC is where it's at for a quick turnaround and solid grading standards. Plus, they're not as harsh on the wallet.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
