Honestly, you could get by with a GTX 1660 Super for decent settings. No need to break the bank!
For the best experience, aim for an NVIDIA GTX 1070 or AMD RX 580. If you're on a tighter budget, even a GTX 970 or RX 570 will do a pretty good job!
Forget the fancy cards; my GTX 1050 Ti still runs Total War: Warhammer just fine. Maybe not ultra settings, but it works!
