Honestly, did anyone really expect a PvZ movie to happen? Game adaptations are hit or miss. Seems like this one was a miss.

So, the thing with the Plants vs Zombies movie is it kinda disappeared into the ether. There was a lot of buzz a few years back about an animated movie in the works鈥攖alks about storylines and potential release dates. But as time went by, updates became scarce, and it seems like the project either got shelunned or dramatically slowed down. No official cancelation announcement though, so there's always a sliver of hope it could resurface!

Actually, the lack of a Plants vs Zombies movie doesn't bother me. The game's charm is in its gameplay, not a storyline that needs Hollywood's help. Let's keep planting and protecting our gardens from zombies without the big screen distraction!

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
