So, Lelouch gets his memories wiped by Daddy Dearest, Emperor Charles, and lives a 'normal' life until C.C. shows up and flips the switch back on. Then, it's chaos and rebellion all over again!
Memory wipe. Rebellion resumes. R2 kicks off. Simple as that!
I was so lost when I started R2! Lelouch is like, poof, no memories of Zero, then bam, C.C. shows up, and we're back in action. Classic Code Geass craziness!
