After GTA San Andreas, the game doesn't give us any official storyline about what happens to CJ (Carl Johnson). However, considering he ended up pretty much on top of his game in San Andreas, we can speculate he continued to run the Grove Street Families and expand his businesses. Maybe he finally got that peaceful life he was after, or perhaps he kept hustling. Rockstar hasn't given us a definite answer, so it's up to our imaginations!
