Jason, aka Yakumo Oomori, met his grisly end at the hands of a very enraged Kaneki after some intense, and I mean INTENSE, torture scenes. Kaneki went full ghoul mode and took him out in Episode 12 of the first season.

Kaneki defeated Jason during the battle at the end of season 1. Kaneki's transformation was insane!
