The Mint building got removed in December 2020. It was replaced with the new Laboratory where you can create and upgrade boosters!

Yeah, Mint's gone! Now it's all about the Laboratory for those sweet, sweet upgrades.
From my experience, the Mint was a goner in late 2020. I wasn't too thrilled at first, but the new Lab is actually really cool.
