If your character dies in State of Decay, they’re gone for good! You’ll have to switch to another survivor in your community. So, watch out for those zombies!

You lose everything your character was holding at the time of death. It's permanent, so be careful out there!

When you die in State of Decay, you lose all the items and resources that character was carrying. It's a bummer but adds to the realism!
