Basically, if the house costs several million dollars and has a ton of rooms, it's probably a mansion. Dream big!
Honestly, if it's got a ridiculous price tag and more rooms than you know what to do with, congrats鈥攊t's a mansion.
From experience, my BitLife character bought a 'Luxury Villa' and it counted as a mansion. So go for any high-end, expensive property.
