I'd say around 8-10 CPS is a good benchmark. It gives you a decent advantage without risking wrist pain!
As someone who plays a lot, I'd recommend 10 CPS. It's a great balance between speed and control.
You don't need a crazy CPS to win. Focus more on strategy and teamwork!
